5. Who may acquire ?
(a) a foreign citizen.
(b) a citizen of Mauritius.
(c) a company or foreign company duly registered under the Companies Act 2001 of Mauritius.
(d) a trust (Trust), duly registered under Mauritian jurisdiction and licensed
by the Financial Services Commission (FSC).
